PROCESSING TIMES

As all my jewellery is handmade to order, and I do this whilst looking after two very young children, I operate on a 7 working day turnaround (excl the weekend & bank holidays) This allows me to make your order the best it can be, whilst also allowing for any ordering in of supplies etc needed to complete it. If you do require a quicker turnaround, please message BEFORE placing an order so we can find a solution together.

SHIPPING

To save on costs and allow me to keep prices reasonable, all items are sent as a second class large letter. I do offer tracked shipping upgrades which are the exact prices as listed on Royal Mails website. If I had my way, I would hand deliver each and every package to ensure the safe delivery to the intended recipient, however sometimes things happen, and Royal Mail will not investigate until at least 10 working days have passed since dispatch, so please be patient and trust I will do everything in my power to rectify any lost packages as and when I can.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I allow 48 hours after placing your order to change your mind and cancel your order. As you can imagine, this is my passion & after that time, it's very likely I've started working on putting together your order, so cancellations can be incredibly detrimental. If more time has passed and you need a cancellation for any reason, please email me at [email protected] detailing why you need to cancel and we'll work on a solution together.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with me so I can rectify this for you. Negative feedback can have a detrimental impact on small businesses and unless we've attempted to resolve this for you and you are unsatisfied with the service, it's also deeply unfair.

I do offer returns and refunds, if you would like a return please get in touch with your order number and email address so I can send a return label to you. A refund will be issued immediately upon reciept of item in the condition it was sent or previously stated in prior communication.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I do accept custom orders, they have a 14 working day turnaround to allow me to communicate with you throughout the process and help your vision come to life!
